The Role of Customer Engagement Strategies in Enhancing Healthcare Service Quality – An Analytical Study at Tikrit Teaching Hospital

The research aims to know the role of customer participation strategies in enhancing the quality of health service in Tikrit Teaching Hospital. The study posed the question: What is the role of customer participation strategies in enhancing the quality of health service? To achieve the research objectives, the researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, and the research addressed the opinions of a sample of individuals (doctors, patients) in Tikrit Teaching Hospital in Salah al-Din Governorate. Data was collected using the questionnaire as its basic tool. (286) questionnaires were applied to the patients lying in the hospital, while the questionnaires were distributed to all of them and studied by the comprehensive inventory method. Their number reached (286) doctors, and the research reached a set of results, the most important of which is that there is a correlation between customer participation strategies and the quality of health service, and customer participation strategies also have a positive effect on the quality of health service.
