The impact of organizational spirituality in achieving strategic leadership
Abstract
The current research aims to identify the impact of organizational spirituality in achieving strategic leadership among a sample of employees in the Baqubah Municipality Directorate, as organizational spirituality (an independent variable) was adopted, expressed in its dimensions (meaning of work, sense of community, connection to the organization's values), and strategic leadership (a responsive variable) expressed in its dimensions (entrepreneurial leadership, entrepreneurial culture, entrepreneurial mindset, strategic resource management), the research community consisted of (208) individuals, the target sample is (185) individuals. The forms that were analyzed were (171) at a rate of (92.4%), the research used the descriptive analytical method, and SPSS Ver.26 and AMOS Ver.24 programs to analyze the data and verify the validity of the hypotheses. The research showed the existence of a significant correlation between organizational spirituality in its dimensions and strategic leadership in its dimensions, indicating the role of spirituality in enhancing entrepreneurial culture and achieving the organization's goals effectively and sustainably.
