Abstract

The aim of this research is to aimed to identify the senior management in Yemeni banks and its relationship to spreading the culture of quality, in addition to knowing the impact of senior management in spreading the culture of quality in Yemeni banks.  A descriptive analytical approach was used A purposive sample of 114 individuals was used, representing the administrative leadership in Yemeni banks as the research sample. The search arrived that senior management in Yemeni banks contributes positively to spreading a culture of quality, which can create a suitable work environment that encourages innovation and increases the efficiency of decision-making, which determines the success and excellence of these banks.
