Abstract
The study aimed to know the impact of strategic readiness in building the value-based strategy at Asia Cell Company. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers used the descriptive and analytical approach to describe the phenomenon investigated, and the questionnaire was prepared as the main tool for obtaining data, according to which the opinions of a sample of (Managers - customers - employees) in Asia Cell Company within the northern region, as (89) questionnaires were distributed to managers and employees of Asia Cell Company, (33) questionnaires to suppliers of Asia Cell Company, and (160) questionnaires to customers of Asia Cell Company, and that distribution It was conducted electronically, and the study produced a set of results, the most important of which is the presence of a positive impact of the dimensions of strategic readiness in building the value-based strategy in Asia Cell Company.
